BIOMECHANICS ANALYSIS



Equipped with an array of cameras, software and apps, Justin can provide a detailed analysis of your biomechanics to define a unique programme that unlocks your natural ability.

Everyone has their own running/sprinting strengths and weaknesses: working with Justin allows you to capitalise on your strengths, and use your weaknesses to your advantage. The best way to do this is simply by watching you run/sprint, and in most cases, record you running. This then enables Justin to conduct deeper analysis, slowing down footage step-by-step to look at what you’re doing well - and where you can improve. After thoroughly explaining your results, Justin can then define any required corrective work, which can take many forms including: stretching, drills, mobility work, strength work and specific technique conditioning work.


While it’s true that there is a technical blueprint for running and sprinting, it is equally true that this is not always achievable or biomechanically possible for various reasons - including the fact that we are all unique!


Take some of the most iconic athletes in the world. Many break the technical blueprint ‘mould’ - Michael Johnson and Usain Bolt, for example. For both athletes, their individual technique differed significantly from the technical blueprint, but they used this individuality to their advantage. Behind the scenes, coaches Clyde Hart-Baylor (Johnson) and Glen Mills (Bolt)) worked with the natural talent that both athletes possessed to define a unique, unbeatable formula that resulted in record-breaking success.
