Whether you are just getting into running, or you’re a seasoned athlete looking to achieve a new PB or push past that training plateau, Justin’s results-based approach and deep expertise gained over nearly three decades can help you reach your goals.


Offering a comprehensive level of support, he can provide you with the motivation to succeed within your chosen area of sprinting and running, including:

  • Sprint Starts (standing, crouched, 3 point start, block work)

  • Drive and acceleration

  • Maximum velocity running

  • Bounding

  • Plyometrics

  • Hops, jumps and ankle strength

  • 60m, 100m, 200m, 400m

  • 2k, 5k, 10k, half marathon

Justin strives to not only deliver but achieve exceptional results within his varying community of clients. This has taken time, commitment and dedication, something he is extremely proud of. Always looking to improve, he is constantly changing and evolving his training and coaching methods and approach, whilst ensuring there is no loss in results or performance output of all his clients. Justin's continuous professional development (CPD) continues to grow as he furthers his knowledge with England Athletics, as well as continuing to study within the Strength and Conditioning sector.
