RUNNING REPAIRS



Drawing upon the footage and observations made during a running and sprint analysis, Justin is able further assess and treat common running injuries you may be experiencing.

To do this, Justin utilises the knowledge he gained from completing Tom Goom’s highly regarded Running Repairs course. Tom Goom, more commonly known as the Running Physio, is an internationally recognised physiotherapist who specialises in diagnosing and treating running-related injuries.

Justin’s approach to treating running-related injuries follows a simple but effective process:


  • Recovery review

    • Sleep

    • Nutrition

    • Hydration

    • Planning - both training and recovery

    • Psychological Stress

  • Education - How running affects the body

  • Load Management - Training load, intensity and volume

  • Strength & Conditioning - Additional strength conditioning ‘could’ reduce injuries in a lot of cases

  • Gait analysis and running shoe selection
